Product Information
We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as reasonably possible.
Product colors, proportions and appearance may vary slightly depending on photography, image processing, screen settings and normal manufacturing tolerances.
Dimensions stated on the website are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.
We may update product specifications from time to time where doing so does not materially reduce the product's intended function or quality.
Vehicle Fitment
Vehicle interiors vary by make, model, year, cab configuration, trim and factory-installed equipment.
Fitment information provided by TruckCore is intended to help customers determine compatibility but does not guarantee compatibility with every vehicle carrying the same model name.
Factory storage trays, audio equipment, batteries, inverters, aftermarket equipment and other under-seat components may affect available space.
Customers should review the Fitment Guide and, where necessary, measure their available under-seat space before ordering.
Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.
We may refuse or cancel an order where, for example, there is a pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, a payment problem, product unavailability, shipping restriction or other legitimate reason.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the relevant amount will be refunded.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information supplied when ordering is accurate and complete.
Prices and Payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website and may change without notice.
The price applicable to your order is the price displayed when your order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors.
Applicable taxes and any shipping charges will be shown during checkout where required.
Payment is processed through third-party payment providers supported by Shopify.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
TruckCore is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, extraordinary events or other circumstances reasonably outside our control.
Returns and Refunds
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Returned products must meet the conditions stated in that policy.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.
Limited Warranty
The TruckCore Under-Seat Organizer is covered by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic deterioration resulting from ordinary use, misuse, overloading, accidents, unauthorized modifications, improper care or damage resulting from use in an unsuitable or incompatible vehicle configuration.
Where a valid warranty claim is accepted, TruckCore may provide a replacement, refund or other appropriate remedy.
This limited warranty is in addition to any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Intellectual Property
The TruckCore name, branding, logos, website design, product photography, graphics, text and other original website content are owned by or licensed to TruckCore unless stated otherwise.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, commercially exploit or otherwise use protected TruckCore content without prior permission, except where permitted by law.
Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or use services provided by third parties, including Shopify, payment providers, shipping providers, analytics platforms and advertising services.
TruckCore does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their independent content, policies or practices.
Disclaimer
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will always operate without interruption or error.
